The applicant(s) certifies that all information contained in this application, and all attachments hereto, are true and complete to the best of the applicant(s) knowledge, and are made for the purpose of obtaining membership to PURE HARLEM for personal or family use.

Membership is limited to those over 18 and that by agreeing to become a member, the visitor represents and warrants that he or she is in fact over 18 years of age.

These TERMS (together with the documents referred to herein) outline the TERMS on which you may make use of our website www.pureharlem.org.com (our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.

Please read these TERMS  carefully before you start to use our site, as these will apply to your use of our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these TERMS erms and that you agree to comply with them.

Rights you license

Indemnity
